In this exciting role, you'll bring innovative electronic connector designs to life by following technical instructions and assembling a diverse range of products. Your expertise in discerning the quality of parts and materials will ensure our products are top-notch. You'll inventory and maintain parts and tools, keep your workspace clean and organized, and test finished products for defects. If you're passionate about precision, quality, and creating something tangible every day, we want you on our team!

Pay $17.50/Hour

What you will do?
  • Follow technical instructions and technical terms
  • Assemble a wide range of products based on written instructions
  • Discern quality of parts and materials used in production
  • Inventory parts and tools used in the assembling process
  • Follow company procedures and directives
  • Test finished products for defects
  • Maintain the tools used to assemble products
  • Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace
What you bring to the table!
  • High school diploma or G.E.D., preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a production/assembly environment, distribution or related field required
  • Quality control experience in a production/assembly environment, preferred
  • Experience using hand tools (Crimpers a plus)
  • Sustain long term attention to detail
  • Role-related accuracy and task follow-through
  • Ability to change focus in an effective, timely and professional manner
  • Ability to sit at a desk and work for prolonged periods
  • Ability to lift and/ or move, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
  • Noise level may be loud in some areas of the production area
  • Ability to clearly communicate regarding work instructions
