In this exciting role, you'll bring innovative electronic connector designs to life by following technical instructions and assembling a diverse range of products. Your expertise in discerning the quality of parts and materials will ensure our products are top-notch. You'll inventory and maintain parts and tools, keep your workspace clean and organized, and test finished products for defects. Pay $17.50/Hour

• Follow technical instructions and technical terms
• Assemble a wide range of products based on written instructions
• Discern quality of parts and materials used in production
• Inventory parts and tools used in the assembling process
• Follow company procedures and directives
• Test finished products for defects
• Maintain the tools used to assemble products
• Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace

• High school diploma or G.E.D., preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a production/assembly environment, distribution or related field required
• Quality control experience in a production/assembly environment, preferred
• Experience using hand tools (Crimpers a plus)
• Sustain long term attention to detail
• Role-related accuracy and task follow-through
• Ability to change focus in an effective, timely and professional manner
• Ability to sit at a desk and work for prolonged periods
• Ability to lift and/ or move, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
• Noise level may be loud in some areas of the production area
• Ability to clearly communicate regarding work instructions
• Ability to work well in time-sensitive situations where customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal 
• Team-oriented operating style with effective interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills
