The Operations Supervisor – GSE is responsible for establishing and leading Enatel’s US operational footprint for our Ground Support Equipment (GSE) product range. This role will initially focus on launching and operationalizing the US facility, including inventory management, logistics, assembly operations, production readiness, facility setup, and team leadership.

As the operation grows, the role will transition into leading day-to-day operational performance, ensuring efficient production, inventory control, product quality, and on-time delivery. The Operations Supervisor will play a critical role in enabling business growth, improving customer responsiveness, and supporting the successful execution of Enatel’s North American strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and lead US operational activities in alignment with global operational standards
  • Support the launch and operational readiness of the US GSE facility, including workflows, tooling, equipment, inventory, andlogisticsprocesses
  • Develop and implement operational processes, systems, controls, and reporting mechanisms
  • Lead daily production and assembly activities to meet customer demand and delivery commitments
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with global supply chain teams to ensure material availability
  • Support forecasting, demand planning, and inventory control activities
  • Monitor productivity, operational performance, and delivery outcomes while driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop andmaintainoperational policies, work instructions, and process documentation
  • Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop production employees as the operation expands
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, and Customer Support teams to ensure successful operational execution
  • Support customer visits, audits, and operational reviews asrequired
  • Build andmaintainstrong relationships with suppliers,logisticsproviders, and operational partners
  • Provide regular operational reporting and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Comply withand contribute to the continuous improvement of company policies, processes, and procedures
  • Contribute to a collaborative and team-oriented workplace.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline preferred
  • 5+ years of operational leadership experience within manufacturing, assembly, industrial technology, electronics, or similar environments
  • Experienceestablishingor scaling operational capability, including facility readiness, production setup,logisticsprocesses, inventory controls, and team onboarding
  • Demonstrated success leading production and operational teams
  • Experience managing inventory, production planning, and customer delivery performance
  • Experience working within a global or multi-site business environment preferred
  • Strong understanding of production management, inventory management, and operational planning
  • Continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing experience
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite and operational reporting tools.

Travel 
Must be comfortable with occasional travel within North America and internationally as required.

The expected salary for this position is between $86,985 and - $116,995 USD. This range represents a good faith estimate for the position, and actual compensation will be based on numerous factors including knowledge, location, skills, training, and experience.
