Assembly and Molding Operators
Location: Rochester Hills, MI
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour (Paid Weekly)
Shifts & Pay Rates:
  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • $15.00 - Assembly
    • $16.00 - Molding
  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
    • $15.25 - Assembly
    • $16.25 - Molding
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
    • $17.00 - Assembly
Job Responsibilities:
  • Operate assembly machinery within the secondary operations, following operator instructions
  • Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality, using gauges as required per control plans and quality check sheets
  • Maintain high-quality standards for all production parts within the assigned work cell
  • Report any quality defects to the Team Leader or Supervisor
  • Complete and maintain daily production paperwork (production reports, scrap reports, 5S housekeeping, etc.)
  • Scan and print SAP product labels
  • Follow and support Lean Manufacturing principles
  • Actively participate in Elimination of Waste Team meetings
  • Contribute to the achievement of company goals and objectives
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred
  • Ability to pass a drug and background check
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with workplace machinery such as SAP handheld scanners, calculators, and printers
