Assembly Operator 2nd Shift - Delavan, WI

We have an opportunity for an Assembly Operator to join our Delavan, WI team. You will perform required operations to assemble, test and package all sizes and types of utility, sump, sewage and effluent pumps.
You will:
  • Perform assembly operations including: oil fill, electrical connections and decal application to produce a variety of utility type pumps.
  • Administer high pot and unit performance tests according to predetermined standards.
  • Perform final packaging operations.
  • Perform in-process quality checks and correct non-conformances.

Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of recent manufacturing experience
  • Standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 40lbs
  • Steel toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.
  • Attention to detail
  • Teamwork environment

Position hours/shifts (Overtime Available!):
  • 2nd shift 3:00pm - 11:00pm
  • Mandatory OT required (after shift or on weekend)

Compensation:
The hourly pay for this role is: $18.50 + 8% shift differential. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
