Meal Prep, Assembly, & Line Cook: FULL or PART TIME (18-40 Hours)

REQUIREMENTS: Restaurant Food Handling, Meal Prep, and Line Experience (Required)

OVERVIEW: The Meal Prep, Assembler, and Line Cook role is responsible for prepping and assembling our amazing meal plans entrees and grab-n-go dinners, while being fully capable of running our flat-top grill (NO FRYER) for all our Cafe Menu Items. Clean Eatz is known for its weekly meal plan menu and the ideal candidate will also be a critical member of the Meal Plan team and will be an open-minded, hard-working individual, interested in growing with a strong-valued local company. Prefer a candidate with a passion for all-things health, wellness, nutrition, and food! Serious inquiries only.

JOB DUTIES:

Learning and building Franchise recipes, menu items, grab and go meals, and presentation standards.

Helping prepare caterings, large orders and meal plans in between peak hours.

Operating standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

Meal Prep will tasks also includes dishes, grill and line cleaning, sweeping and moping of kitchen area, cleaning appliances, maintaining workstation and kitchen equipment, etc.

Adhering to all sanitation and food production codes while following health and safety guidelines.
