Prevent further processing, assembly or delivery of non-conforming productDevelop production planning, communicates responsibilities, establish production time line and ensure intent results is achieved for own departmentAddress all quality related problems and provide prompt resolutions and recommendations so as to minimize production interruptionEnsure that raw materials and products are dispersed or consumed based on FIFO and customers requirementsEnsure that product identification, traceability, process control, packaging instructions are being followed at all timesAnalyze machine downtime to identify and provide resolutions on all mechanical problemsMinimize costs of operating through proper planning and efficient use of all available resourcesParticipate in internal quality audits to determine the effectiveness of the quality systemSearch out, recommend and implement process improvementsAssist plant leadership in driving and accomplishing key performance indicatorsAssist in the hiring process and new associate orientation.
