Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Job description:

Production Line Worker

We are searching for reliable hard workers for several Production Line Worker openings in Fowlerville, MI.

Pay rate: $18.00/hr (increase to $21/hr after probation period)

Comprehensive Benefits Package including: Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance, 401k Retirement Savings, Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Life Insurance, and Short & Long-Term Disability

1st, 2nd, & 3rd shift Openings!

  • Overtime includes 8, 10, or 12 hour shifts and weekends
  • Overtime paid daily for anything worked over 8 hours with perfect attendance!

Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload parts on production paint lines and/or plastic injection mold machines
  • Rework, trim, flame, or make any other required adjustments to the raw or finished parts.
  • Consistently inspect parts throughout the process to ensure defect free production.
  • Place product into designated containers according to specification and company procedures.
  • Follows all applicable work and packaging instructions.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
