Job Title: Assembly TechnicianJob Description

The Assembly Technician will build and assemble sensor switches, power packs, ceiling sensors, and related components throughout the day. This role involves standing for extended periods, working with basic hand tools, and performing light mechanical assembly and small wiring tasks. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and a solid work ethic.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble sensor switches, power packs, ceiling sensors, and other related products according to specifications and quality standards.
  • Perform mechanical assembly of housings and ensure all components are correctly fitted and secured.
  • Carry out small wiring tasks and assemble electrical components that go into the housing units.
  • Use basic hand tools safely and effectively to complete daily assembly tasks.
  • Inspect assembled products for accuracy, proper function, and adherence to quality requirements.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure all parts are correctly assembled and defects are identified and corrected.
  • Work reliably and remain on task, staying until assigned work is completed.
  • Stand throughout the shift while working on the assembly line and manage repetitive tasks efficiently.
  • Collaborate with a small team on the assembly line while being able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Follow all workplace guidelines, including dress code and safety procedures, to maintain a clean and controlled work environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
