Si tu as le sens de la logistique, que tu aime la conformité, et qu'en plus tu es organisé et travaille de façon sécuritaire, tu es peut-être la personne que nous recherchons!
Sous l'autorité de la coordonnatrice des opérations et du développement, et en étroite collaboration avec les responsables de secteurs, la personne nommée à ce poste effectue les tâches suivantes:
  • Suivis administratifs liés à la réception de la marchandise
    • Accueil des transporteurs;
    • Vérification de la marchandise reçue (état / quantitié);
    • Assurance de la conformité des livraisons par rapport aux commandes;
    • Réception de la marchandise dans le système de gestion;
    • Étiquetage de la marchandise;
    • Rotation des stocks.
  • Suivis administratifs liés aux retour de marchandise
    • Préparation des bons de retours dans le système;
    • Empaquetage de la marchandise à retourner;
    • Logistique dans le processus des retour de manière à respecter les exigences de l'entreprise et des fournisseurs;
    • Expédition de la marchandise.
  • Respect des normes de sécurité
    • Organisation sécuritaire des espaces d'entreposage;
    • Détention d'un permis de cariste nécessaire à la conduite du chariot élévateur (formation disponible);
    • Port des bottes ou souliers adéquats et approuvés pour le travail d'entrepôt (fournis par l'employeur).
