Job description

Job Title: Maintenance Associate
Location: Bartlesville, OK 74003
Duration: 9+ months
Pay Rate: $23.00/hr on W2
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–8:30 PM
Overtime: Saturdays may be required during periods of high activity

Role Overview
The Maintenance Associate will perform equipment disassembly, cleaning, inspection, minor repairs, and reassembly while supporting the maintenance program and ensuring equipment is available to meet operational demands. The role involves working with equipment exposed to petroleum products, mud, and other contaminants and requires strict adherence to safety, quality, and maintenance procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Disassemble equipment following specific procedures and manufacturer requirements.
  • Use appropriate manual and power tools during disassembly and maintenance activities.
  • Thoroughly clean equipment components to remove petroleum residues, mud deposits, and contaminants.
  • Inspect components for damage, wear, corrosion, and other defects.
  • Perform minor repairs as required under appropriate supervision.
  • Reassemble equipment according to manufacturer specifications and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of spare parts, tools, and maintenance materials.
  • Accurately record maintenance activities and related information in TLM business systems.
  • Perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities under the direction of a Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Technician.
  • Follow strict HSE and safety procedures when handling petroleum products, tools, and equipment.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to schedule work and minimize production interruptions.
  • Support initiatives to improve Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), maintenance efficiency, productivity, and asset availability.
  • Participate in continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
  • Maintain and develop technical competency in accordance with the TLM Competency Management System.
  • Follow Schlumberger and applicable division TLM standards and procedures.
