Job description

Telular is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Associate to support the assembly, disassembly, inspection, and testing of electronic products and components. This position plays a critical role in ensuring product quality and operational efficiency while working in a collaborative manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble, disassemble, inspect, and test products and components according to established procedures and quality standards.
  • Follow written work instructions, test procedures, and verbal direction accurately and consistently.
  • Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet quality specifications.
  • Identify and promptly report defective materials, components, or products to the Supervisor or Team Lead.
  • Utilize hand tools and testing equipment safely and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate work records and adhere to production schedules.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain an organized work area.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily production goals.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Production Supervisor.

Qualifications:
Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to multiple assembly, disassembly, and testing processes.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and procedures.
  • Basic math and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
