Job description

Connect Staffing is hiring a Manufacturing Production Assembler for a filter manufacturing facility in Conroe, TX. This is a temp position paying $15/hr on a steady Monday–Friday daytime schedule. In this role, you will assemble air filters using hand tools and adhesives, then inspect and package finished products for shipment. This is a consistent 40-hour-a-week schedule with no rotating shifts.


Pay: $15/hr

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Location: Conroe, TX

Job Type: Temp

Work Environment: Manufacturing Plant / Factory


Responsibilities

  • Assemble air filters by following work instructions, blueprints, or assembly diagrams to meet production specifications using hand tools and adhesives.
  • Inspect finished filter assemblies for defects, dimensional accuracy, and compliance with quality standards.
  • Package and label finished products and prepare them for shipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
  • Report equipment malfunctions or material shortages to the supervisor.


Minimum Requirements

  • 1+ year of assembly experience in a manufacturing or production environment.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience assembling mechanical or industrial components using hand tools and adhesives.
  • Experience with packaging and labeling procedures in a production setting.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions, blueprints, or assembly diagrams.
  • Prior experience in a filter, HVAC, or industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in machine building, fabrication, or equipment assembly.
