About Us:

We are a medical device manufacturer based in Inglewood, CA, specializing in innovative thermotherapy and cryotherapy technologies. We're looking for a detail-oriented technician with experience in electromechnical assembly.  

Position Overview:

As a Senior Assembly Technician, you will conduct assembly, troubleshooting, and testing of our flagship product line of temperature therapy devices. You’ll also support and maintain critical infrastructure such as test equipment, assist with inventory and procurement processes, and contribute to the day-to-day operation of our production floor. Attention to detail is critical for this position. Please include the keyword hypothermia in your application to let us know you're paying attention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and test electromechanical devices for clinical thermotherapy and cryotherapy
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and refurbish existing products
  • Assist with the upkeep and monitoring of test equipment used in the manufacturing process
  • Keep clear and detailed records of manufacturing processes using a combination of digital records and paper travelers in accordance with the company’s quality system.
  • Support inventory tracking and kitting for manufacturing as needed
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure process consistency and compliance
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives on the manufacturing floor

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hands-on electromechanical assembly, ideally in a regulated environment such as medical devices or aerospace.
  • Strong electromechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets and working with Google Drive and Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred (Not Required):

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
  • Familiarity with ISO 13485 or manufacturing under any formal quality management system
  • Experience with inventory control and procurement processes in a manufacturing setting
