About the Role
As a Packaging Line Associate, you will perform hand assembly functions, including placing pharmaceutical materials into containers, inspecting for quality, and possibly utilizing sorting machines or hand-sorting devices. Your attention to detail will help ensure products meet strict pharmaceutical standards. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of shipments, contributing to our mission of delivering safe medications to those who need them.
Pay Rate: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
Available Shift Times:
  • 1st Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
  • 2nd Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
  • 3rd Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 11:00 pm - 7:00 am

Key Responsibilities
  • Place packaged pharmaceutical materials into containers from machines, conveyors, or stationary tables
  • Inspect units for quality assurance
  • Operate sorting machines or perform hand-sorting tasks
  • Code stamp packages, apply labels, assemble displays, and insert materials into containers as needed
  • Count materials, re-work returned items, and reject defective shipments
  • Follow safety and quality standards at all times

Key Requirements
  • Ability to read simple English words and recognize numbers and differences
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with 10s and 100s
  • Ability to understand and follow simple instructions
  • Ability to stand, walk, reach, and occasionally lift up to 10 pounds
  • Comfortable working around moving machinery in a moderate noise environment
  • Dress code: White shirt and white or black pants, clean and comfortable footwear; no rips, tears, or shorts
