Job Details
  • Position: Assembler

  • Location: Golden Valley, MN

  • Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 1st shift: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM | 2nd shift: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Mandatory overtime may be required)

  • Pay: $17.88 – $26.97 per hour (based on experience) + $1.30 Shift Differential for 2nd shift

  • Type: Temp to Hire


What You’ll Do

As an Intermediate Assembler, you will work as part of a team to assemble industrial equipment from start to finish while meeting quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Perform mechanical assembly using hand and power tools

  • Follow work instructions to meet quality standards

  • Conduct in‑process quality checks and communicate results

  • Troubleshoot and make adjustments to ensure product quality

  • Identify and report safety concerns

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace using 5S principles

  • Rotate through multiple assembly stations, including main line roles

  • Float to different lines within the value stream after training

  • Identify common assembly bottlenecks (mechanical, electrical, plumbing)


What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience:

  • Familiarity with mechanical and electrical assembly concepts

  • Manufacturing experience preferred

  • Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset

  • Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and torque tools.


Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for an 8‑hour shift

  • Routinely lift up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 40 lbs

  • Work in multiple positions throughout the shift
