RESPONSIBLITIES:

  •  Coordinate hilo activity via radio.
  • Move levers and pedals to control lifting, lowering, tilting, and transporting materials.
  • Load and unload materials from pallets, skids, racks, and containers.
  • Transport raw materials, WIP, and finished goods between Stamping, Weld, and Assembly departments.
  •  Support die movement, coil delivery, welded component transport, and assembly line replenishment.
  • Ensure production lines receive materials on time according to schedules.
  • Maintain partial containers and keep WIP areas neat, organized, and properly tagged.
  • Assist with line changeovers by staging materials, containers, and packaging supplies.
  • Communicate with press operators, weld technicians, assemblers, and supervisors to maintain workflow.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Attention to detail.
  • High level of commitment and has a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to obtain a hilo license within 1st week of accepting the position
  • Must be able to obtain First Aid/CPR/AED Certification within 3 months of accepting the position

·          PAY AND SHIFT TIMES:

Primary schedule is first shift, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Starting pay is $21.00 per hour. Shift hours may vary based on operational needs.

This full-time, hourly role is a part of our Welding team and reports to the Welding Supervisor.
