We're rebuilding the foundation of modern civilization-electricity-by deploying a vast network of distributed batteries that is transforming today's fragile, centralized grid into a resilient and abundant system. We are engineers, operators, and creatives solving some of the most complex, interdisciplinary challenges of our time.

About This Team
The Materials Team acts as the vital circulatory system of Base, ensuring that every high-tech component and finished battery unit moves flawlessly through our facility and into the hands of our customers. We solve the logistical challenge of maintaining inventory accuracy and structural integrity in a physically demanding environment, directly enabling Base. Your work is the final safeguard in our mission; by verifying every shipment and streamlining the flow of parts to the production line, you ensure our commitment to reliability is met before a product even leaves the warehouse. For a candidate who takes pride in precision and operational excellence, this is an opportunity to master the complex logistics behind a sustainable energy future while playing a hands-on role in delivering hardware that changes how the world uses power.

  • Fun & Optimism Coexist with Grit: Collaboration and celebration coincide with the intensity of building real things.
Do the best work of your life at Base.
