Qualifications & Requirements:
  • 1 year of RF related and/or mechanical assembly experience
  • Basic math skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to work with hand tools and semi automated tools/ fixtures
  • Strong computer skills to operate specific programs and access appropriate documentation
  • Strong documentation and record keeping skills
  • Ability to work from product drawings, written and verbal instructions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with electrical and mechanical test and inspection equipment
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.

  • Perform in-process inspections and tests, including workmanship, dimensional, and interface gauging, in accordance with product and process specifications
  • Operate equipment in compliance with established specifications, ensuring proper labeling and association of components to complete cable assemblies
  • Collaborate with Assembly Supervisors, Quality Assurance, and Process Engineering to maintain product quality by identifying and resolving assembly issues
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance product and process specifications
  • Conduct mechanical inspections and tests, including dimensional checks, connector retention, and torque verification; assist Quality Assurance with root cause analysis as needed
  • Review product documentation, process specifications, parts lists, and required tools and fixtures
  • Set up and operate appropriate equipment, tools, and fixtures to assemble connectors, labels, and associated components according to specifications

Pay Transparency:
