Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in manufacturing, electronics, or a related field a plus.
  • 1+ years of experience in production, assembly, or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret manufacturing orders (MOs), assembly instructions, and technical drawings.
  • Experience using hand tools and small machines to assemble mechanical or electronic components.
  • Ability to take precise measurements and use templates to ensure proper fit and alignment of parts.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify defects or malfunctions and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Familiarity with quality control processes and attention to detail in inspecting finished products.
  • Understanding of or willingness to learn ISO 9001 standards and documentation practices.
  • Experience with or willingness to learn ESD-safe practices and testing equipment maintenance.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, coordinating with other production and testing staff.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a manufacturing/production floor environment.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation, testing logs, and Microsoft Office.
