NOW HIRING - IMMEDIATE  OPENINGS
Press Operator and Factory Assemblers
Howell, MI
ALL SHIFTS 
$16.00-$17.00/hr
 
Join out team as a Press Operator and Factory Assembler. Work together in a team environment, including but not limited to basic controls of the Assembly equipment, racking of finish parts, quality control, general housekeeping and metal rework.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform machine operations
  • Load/Assemble/Weld parts
  • Correct and troubleshoot machine faults
  • Know and adhere to safety procedures
  • Follow departmental process procedures
  • Initiate quality improvements and assist in concern resolution
  • Maintain production efficiencies
  • Maintain housekeeping requirements to ensure a safe work environment
  • Inspect parts produced per process to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Complete quality check documentation per process
  • Rack parts per specifications
 
Key Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One year of manufacturing experience preferred
  • General knowledge of quality systems
  • Able to identify sheet metal/aluminum defects
  • Basic knowledge using an ERP system
 
Health and Safety
  • Frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Occasional lifting, climbing, carrying, pulling, griping, grasping, twisting, bending, stooping and reaching throughout the work day
  • Hand and eye coordination
