Job Summary/Overview
This position works within the 3X built to order assembly area and is responsible for assembling conveyor products and related components, gathering and verifying materials, performing product testing and quality checks, and preparing completed products for shipping in accordance with work orders and production requirements.
Work Schedule (4-Day Work Week)!
Monday - Thursday
2:00pm - 12:30pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Performs assembly and production-related tasks using work orders and production paperwork.
  • Gathers, verifies, and organizes parts and materials required for production orders.
  • Uses hand tools and power tools to assemble products and complete production tasks.
  • Applies and verifies product labels, documentation, and order information as required.
  • Performs visual inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet requirements.
  • Assists with packaging, stacking, wrapping, and preparing completed products for shipping or crating.
  • Works with team leads and other departments as needed to resolve material, assembly, or order-related issues.
  • Works in a safe manner complying with all safety procedures.
  • Maintains a safe and clean environment and performs 5S tasks as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to read and interpret production paperwork and work instructions.
  • Basic computer, measurement, and math skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to safely operate production equipment.
  • Ability to remain focused and productive while performing repetitive tasks.
  • Team player with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to be flexible and adjust priorities to reflect changing business needs.

Required Qualifications
  • Ability to safely lift/lower/push/pull up to 40 lbs.
  • 1+ year of assembly experience preferred.

Compensation
$19+/hour, depending on experience
Additional $2/hour for 2nd shift.
