JOB SUMMARY

The Deployment & Assembly Technician is tasked with the accurate assembly of complete products as well as individual components. In this position, the technician ensures that every aspect of assembly meets the established quality standards set by the organization. Attention to detail and a thorough understanding of quality specifications are required to maintain consistent product integrity. Additionally, the technician is expected to achieve production quotas while adhering to predefined efficiency benchmarks. Meeting these expectations is crucial for maintaining workflow and supporting the company’s operational goals. During all assigned responsibilities, the technician must uphold a strong commitment to workplace safety. This includes following all safety guidelines and procedures to guarantee the highest level of security for themselves and their colleagues.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Follow all assembly policies and procedures.
  • Oversee assembly flow to ensure product quality.
  • Interpret assembly instructions.
  • Assemble parts and subassemblies.
  • Log serial numbers in ECRS' ERP system.
  • Precisely align components for quality assurance.
  • Use hand tools or machines to assemble and test products.
  • Perform quality control checks and troubleshoot as needed.
  • Maintain safety, organization, and tool condition.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong communication and technical documentation skills.
  • Proficiency with hand tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize tasks.
