Job description

Job Details 1st Employment is seeking a dependable Wheels Assembler for our client in Morrilton, AR. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with assembly, manufacturing, construction, or mechanical experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment. The Wheels Assembler will play an important role in the manufacturing process by assembling components, performing quality inspections, and ensuring production goals are met while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will have experience using hand and power tools, be able to read tape measures and blueprints, and work effectively as part of a team. This position requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to adapt to changing production demands. The Wheels Assembler must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work overtime when needed. Key Responsibilities
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Assemble products and components according to specifications and production requirements.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and measurements accurately.
  • Perform quality inspections on completed assemblies and components.
  • Complete required production paperwork and documentation.
  • Meet daily production goals and quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other assembly stations to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Package finished products for shipment.
  • Report equipment malfunctions, defective parts, or quality concerns to supervisors.
  • Assist in other production areas as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to follow directions and standard operating procedures.
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Willingness to work overtime as required.
