  • Assemble, fit, and align metallic, carbon fiber, and composite details onto integrated structures
  • Conduct comprehensive checks and final functional validations on assembled systems
  • Perform adjustments and repairs through forming, trimming, deburring, reaming, testing, cleaning, and aligning parts as needed
  • Document audit findings and inspection results in standardized report formats
  • Verify product conformance against baseline design requirements
  • Provide clear, objective documentation of quality testing results
  • Conduct ongoing quality surveillance, auditing, and process monitoring
  • Identify, report, and document technical discrepancies
  • Segregate and manage non-conforming parts and materials
  • Perform preliminary reviews and disposition evaluations for non-conforming items
  • Identify recurring or critical non-conformances and initiate Corrective Action Requests (CARs)
  • Conduct all operations in compliance with applicable aviation regulations and Flytrex corporate policies
  • Drive continuous process improvement across all manufacturing operations
  • Operate safely within an indoor manufacturing facility utilizing calibrated tooling and industrial machinery
  • Participate in team meetings, technical briefings, and training sessions, maintaining flexibility regarding work schedules and shift assignments
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
