Position Summary
Renaissance Electronics, is looking to add a Production Assembler to join the Production Team. The Production Assembler should produce the highest quality products with minimum problems/returns from testers. Must be committed and driven to the established vision, mission, and culture value points of Renaissance. Must maintain a high level of quality products through teamwork. Must document all jobs performed in accordance with AS9100 standards.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assemble various products / follow assembly procedures, resulting in less than 1% of reworks/returns through testing process
  • Maintain high quality soldering standards
  • Meet established labor standards
  • Visually inspect parts during assembly
  • Notify supervisor of defective parts or assembly issues
  • Train new hires, as needed
  • Verify parts are correct in the build
  • Assist time study for new builds, as needed
  • Recommend improvement and implement changes in assembly procedures
  • Review daily the tasks for the assigned projects
  • Sand circuits for assembly, as needed
  • Other duties as needed
