This job is on site at 19100 SW Warfield Blvd, Indiantown, Florida M-F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Job Overview

Join our dynamic manufacturing team as an Assembly Technician, where your mechanical skills and hands-on expertise will drive the production of high-quality products. This energetic role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced factory environment, utilizing your knowledge of assembly lines, hand tools, and power tools to ensure efficient and precise assembly processes. If you thrive in a collaborative setting and are passionate about manufacturing excellence, this position is perfect for you! All roles are paid positions, emphasizing our commitment to valuing every team member’s contribution.

The candidate will be expected to take on other responsibilities in the transformer shop which may include hands on assembly assistance, creating and documenting shop related SOP’s and training materials, and train other workers on manufacturing procedures, safety, etc.

The responsibilities below are not a full comprehensive list and other duties may be assigned as required.

Late nighits and weekends can be expected - Overtime rate is 1.5x normal rate over 40 hours.

Duties

Assemble components and sub-assemblies accurately on the production line using hand tools and power tools

Operate forklifts safely to move materials and finished products within the manufacturing facility

Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards to ensure product consistency and reliability

Conduct routine inspections of assembled parts for defects or inconsistencies

Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency

Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and troubleshoot assembly issues

Assist with warehouse tasks such as inventory management and material handling as needed

Requirements

Proven factory or manufacturing facility experience, preferably in an assembly line environment

Mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings or instructions

Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and forklift operation (certification preferred)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks for extended periods

Working for extended hours in a non air conditoined facility is required.

Basic understanding of warehouse procedures and safety protocols
