Job Title: Production Associate
Shift: Monday through Thursday 4:20pm-2:50am


Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Production Associate to join our metal stamping manufacturing team. This role is responsible for producing and inspecting metal components through stamping, fabrication, assembly, welding, and finishing processes. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, quality-driven, and committed to teamwork and continuous improvement.


Essential Key Functions & Accountabilities
  • Produce (stamp, fabricate, assemble, spot weld, finish, etc.) and inspect products using various machines and equipment you are qualified to operate.

  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to meet or exceed production and quality standards.

  • Ensure all work meets company quality requirements and customer specifications.

  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned or requested.
