Job description

We are seeking individuals who enjoy working with their hands, paying close attention to detail, and performing precise assembly work in a clean manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in focused, repetitive work and takes pride in producing high-quality products.
This position is ideal for candidates with strong hand-eye coordination, excellent concentration, and the ability to sit and remain focused on detailed tasks throughout the day.
Paid training is provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble cable and wire harnesses using diagrams, work instructions, and harness boards
  • Cut, strip, route, bundle, and label wires with precision
  • Perform detailed hand assembly using small components and hand tools
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure assemblies meet specifications
  • Follow written instructions and production processes carefully
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Work independently while meeting production and quality standards
