Job description

Parish Tractor is looking for an Assembly Technicianย to join our team in Gonzales, LA. If you have a strong mechanical aptitude and are looking to build your career, we want to hear from you!ย 
ย 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:ย 
  • Assemble equipment including tractors, RTVs, mowers, and implements according to manufacturer specifications.ย 
  • Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and functional testing to ensure proper operation.ย 
  • Install accessories, attachments, and customer-specific modifications.ย 
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed on service and assembly orders.ย 
  • Operate equipment safely for loading, unloading, and movement within the yard.ย 
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shop and assembly areas.ย 
  • Assist with other shop duties as assigned.ย 

Requirements:ย 
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in mechanical assembly or equipment repair preferred.ย 
  • Personal toolset sufficient to perform core job duties (special tools provided).ย 
  • Working knowledge of small engines, hydraulics, and basic mechanical systems.ย 
  • Basic computer and documentation skills.ย 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.ย 
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.ย 
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.ย 
  • Willingness to participate in Kubota Service EDUCATE training programs.ย
