Production Tech 3rd Shift (Assembly)

This role is an hourly position within our assembly team and reports to the Production Supervisor.
• Assemble parts and components according to work instructions, and specifications.
• Operate assembly equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Report defective materials, equipment issues, or quality concerns to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by following 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Load, unload, and move materials and finished products throughout the production area.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Perform routine equipment checks and notify maintenance of any mechanical issues.
• Accurately complete production records, quality documentation, and other required paperwork.
Required experience:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous manufacturing experiences a plus.
