Job Responsibilities
  • To report to the Production Supervisor - Machine Division and communicate all matters or concerns pertaining to the panel assemblies.
  • Working from Procedure Sheets and Blueprints to ensure specifications are met with regard to Upper and Lower Panels for Maverick Machines
  • To ensure required material and tools are available in order to carry out the work.
  • To be familiar with the Maverick Machines Upper and Lower Panels, connection and testing.
  • To make all connections and test for grounding.
  • To place finished panels on conveyor/ cart to next station.
  • Interpret Engineering drawing to program and produce Quality Parts
  • Follow first off procedures and complete all documentation as required
  • To conduct visual inspection of product and have Quality Assurance Inspector do first-piece check if any deviation occurs.
  • To ensure safety, product quality, productivity standards and cost-efficiency objectives are met 
  • To obtain production ticket (traveler) prior to the commencement of shift, complete the ticket in an accurate manner and hand-in the ticket at completion of shift 
  • Abide by and actively support Lincoln Electric's Environmental Health & Safety policies, practices and procedures with respect to protecting the environment, the conservation of natural resources and the Health & Safety of all employees

  • Blue print reading  
  • Trade courses 
  Minimum Experience Requirement: 
  • More than 6 months but less than 9
