Become a Key Player as an Assembler B

You will help ensure products are assembled and tested accurately to meet customer quality and on-time delivery expectations. You will work onsite on the first shift (5:30 AM–1:30 PM), collaborating with production teammates, supervisors, and quality stakeholders to support continuous improvement and lean initiatives. Your contributions directly impact product quality and operational efficiency.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
  • Perform basic assembly and test functions using hand and power tools, fixtures, and test equipment
  • Record test results and maintain accurate data forms
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering orders, assembly routes, and test specifications
  • Produce and inspect assemblies to ensure conformance with product and customer standards
  • Perform touch-up or full surface painting, including mixing paints and cleaning parts
  • Participate in lean initiatives by identifying areas for productivity and cost improvements
  • Observe safety rules and maintain a foreign object damage (FOD) free work area
  • Ensure equipment calibration is maintained per schedule
