We are seeking Assemblers (Levels I, II, and III) to join our Production team. This position involves the assembly of electronic and precision mechanical systems while following detailed prints, work instructions, and process guidelines. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to grow their skills and advance within a structured manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:
  • Assemble electronic and mechanical products according to prints, work instructions, and verbal direction
  • Perform soldering, adhesive application, and use of fixtures and hand tools
  • Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Provide feedback to improve processes, efficiency, and product quality
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
  • Support company goals related to quality, safety, customer satisfaction, and efficiency
Assembler Levels:
Assembler Level I
  • Performs basic electronic or mechanical assembly tasks
  • Builds foundational knowledge of products, tools, and processes
