Job description

Position Details:
  - Role: Assembler (1st & 2nd Shift Available)
  - Location: Minnetonka, MN 55345
  - Employment Type: Contract with Potential for Permanent Hire
  - Pay: Paid weekly (Overtime available)
      - 1st Shift: $18.75/hr
      - 2nd Shift: $19.25/hr
  - Schedule: Monday - Thursday (4-day work week, 10-hour days)
      - 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
      - 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM OR 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
Job Description:
We are hiring Assemblers to assemble products and components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.
Responsibilities:
  - Assemble products and components using hand tools, power tools, and assembly line techniques.
  - Follow work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.
  - Inspect assembled parts for quality and compliance with specifications.
  - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  - Support team production goals.
Qualifications:
  - High School Diploma or GED (Required).
  - Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
  - Experience using hand tools and power tools.
  - Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow detailed instructions.
  - Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
