Labcorp is seeking a Manager - Development In vitro Metabolism to join our team in Madison, WI!
Job Responsibilities:
Manages laboratory and support teams conducting/supporting metabolism studies to ensure testing is completed by established deadlines and in compliance with SOPs, GLPs, and regulatory agency guidelines.This position will carry between a 30 to 50% workload within the lab in the Development In vitro Team. Consults with Director regarding budgetary matters and department/company goals and objectives.
Assists with performance evaluations, salary administration, staffing decisions, and other supervisory activities for the group.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree
7 or more years of experience with Inhibition assays, Induction assays, Protein Binding Assays, Transporter assays, LCMS and Metabolic Stability
4 or more years of experience as a lead, supervisor, or manager
Preferred Qualifications
Master of Science degree
10 or more years of experience with Inhibition assays, Induction assays, Protein Binding Assays, Transporter assays, LCMS and Metabolic Stability
7 or more years of experience as a lead, supervisor, or manager
Additional job standards
Pay Range: $100k-$130k annually (USD)
All job offers will bebased on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicabledegrees/certifications,as well as internal equity and market data.The position is also eligible for an annual bonus under the Labcorp Bonus Plan.Bonuses are payable based on corporate and/or business segment performance and are subject to individual performance modifiers.
