Job Title: Content Management Analyst

Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6-Month Contract
Pay Rate: $35-$40/hr. (W2)

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Content Management Analyst with expertise in content modeling, content auditing, and CMS platforms to support enterprise digital content initiatives. This role will focus on auditing marketing assets, structuring content for reuse and personalization, and developing content models for deployment within AEM and Salesforce Personalization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit marketing collateral, disclosures, PDFs, brochures, and web content to identify content types and structure them into reusable content models.
  • Review and consolidate content repositories, eliminating duplicates and creating a single source of truth.
  • Design and document structured content models, taxonomies, and metadata frameworks.
  • Support content migrations and content governance initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Digital Strategy and Marketing teams to ensure alignment with enterprise content standards.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in content management, content strategy, or content architecture.
  • Strong experience with CMS platforms and structured content modeling.
  • Experience auditing, categorizing, and organizing content for digital delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Salesforce Personalization
  • Content Schema, Taxonomy, and Metadata experience
