With over 20 years of experience in Taiwan, Li Jie Industrial specializes in pipeline system installation and maintenance, as well as engineering plastic materials. Together with its partner, the company has worked on high-profile projects for global leaders such as TSMC, Micron, and AUO.

Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and proactive HR Assistant to provide administrative support to various departments, ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will handle scheduling, correspondence, document management, and communication between teams. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation
  • Assist with posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
  • Prepare onboarding documents and assist new hires with completing required employment forms (I-9, W-4, direct deposit, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HR systems and personnel files
  • Assist with employee benefit enrollment, changes, and general benefit-related inquiries
  • Support payroll administration by verifying employee information, attendance, and time-off records
  • Prepare HR documents, reports, employment letters, and other administrative materials
  • Assist with employee training, company events, and employee engagement activities
  • Respond to routine employee inquiries and direct questions to the appropriate HR team members when needed
  • Provide bilingual administrative support in English and Mandarin
  • Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
  • 1+ year of administrative, HR, or office support experience preferred (entry-level candidates with relevant internships or coursework are encouraged to apply)
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices and employment documentation preferred
  • Experience with HRIS or payroll systems (such as ADP) is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team environment
