Inspired by P.F. Chang's, Pagoda Asian Grill is where fresh ingredients meet bold flavors in a fast-casual setting. We specialize in build-your-own bowls and wraps, offering a variety of proteins, vegetables, and signature sauces like Thai peanut and Korean barbecue.
From teriyaki chicken to Taiwanese steak, we deliver fast, high-quality meals without compromising flavor. Our team is focused on speed, consistency, and creating a great guest experience every time.
Located inside Dallas Love Field Airport
Shifts Available:
  • Morning: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Evening: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Position Overview
As a Front of House (FOH) Crew Member, you will be the face of Pagoda Asian Grill-providing excellent customer service while serving guests through our build-your-own bowl steam line. You'll help create a fast, friendly, and efficient dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Serve guests on the steam line with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist guests in building customized bowls and wraps
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house
  • Handle multiple tasks while staying attentive to detail
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements
  • Strong customer service background required
  • Must be able to pass a fingerprint background check (airport requirement)
  • Must have a valid Texas Food Handler Certificate
  • Must obtain or possess a valid TABC Certification (Alcohol Service)
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude with guests and co-workers
  • Proactive and self-motivated in completing tasks
  • Reliable and punctual for all scheduled shifts

Work Environment
This position is located inside a secure airport environment. Candidates must be able to meet all airport clearance and badging requirements.

  • Ensure that all quality and Health/Safety requirements are met in accordance with Federal, State, and Local standards.

  • Store Operations: Is dependable and conscientious about performing tasks. Informs Management of issues that arise during a shift.

  • Teamwork/Interpersonal Skills: Is cooperative and helpful. Offers help and assistance and can be counted on. Interacts well with others.
  • Conduct: Is friendly and even-tempered. Performs consistently and effectively under pressure.
  • Product Handling/Stocking: Handles all products and supplies in a safe and sanitary manner. Distributes the products and supplies efficiently according to store's requisition/stock list.
  • Company Policies and Procedures: Regularly adheres to policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Must be able to bend, twist and stand for extended periods to perform job functions.
  • Must have the ability to lift and push objects weighing over 40 lbs.
  • Follows safety rules provided in the TGI Safety Manual along with other TGI policies and procedures.
  • Reports any safety hazards to management immediately.
