Your Job
Molex is seeking a Global Director of Sales to lead the global commercial strategy for its largest Tier 1 EMS/ODM customers. This role is responsible for developing executive relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and driving profitable growth across key Electronics Manufacturing Services partners. The Global Director will lead, coach, and delegate effectively across a high-performing team of Global Account Managers, Sales Managers, Account Managers , and Account Specialists. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly organized, and able to operate in a complex environment, while providing clear leadership to a global team in North America and Asia. Experience in the Electronics Manufacturing Services or Original Design Manufacturer industry is preferred.
What You Will Do
• Lead , coach, and develop a global EMS account team using Principle Based Management (PBM) to align team priorities, customer outcomes, commercial performance, and individual growth.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with Tier 1 EMS customers including senior leaders across procurement, engineering, operations, supply chain, and technology organizations.
• Collaborate across Molex business units, regions, product teams, operations, and customer-facing functions to deliver coordinated global account plans and consistent customer execution.
• Partner with Molex leadership, legal, contracts, and negotiations teams to structure, negotiate, and execute commercial agreements that support long-term EMS growth and profitable customer partnerships.
• Drive the global EMS team to build, qualify, and advance a robust design-win pipeline across the EMS/ODM customer base, converting early customer engagement into measurable revenue growth for Molex.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent experience.
  • Experience in electronics industry sales.

  • Electronics industry sales experience in the EMS or ODM industry.
  • Global Leadership experience

For this role, we anticipate paying $220,000- $260,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form .
