Experience with API integration design, security, and troubleshooting. Proficiency in REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, OAuth 2.0, authentication, logging, and monitoring. Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM processes and modules. Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog, ACLs, and automated testing. Understanding of ServiceNow data models, tables, reference relationships, and CMDB. Experience in user-centered solution design, accessibility, security, and maintainability. Experience with testing, code review, source control, and release-management practices. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills. Experience in collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with Employee Center, Service Portal, UI Builder, and configurable workspaces. Experience with ServiceNow AI: Now Assist, generative AI, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, or AI Search. Experience with enterprise integrations and accessibility. CSA/CAD/CIS-ITSM/ITIL certification. Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform enhancements. Develop scripted REST APIs, business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer workflows. Configure and extend ITSM capabilities, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and CMDB. Create intuitive, accessible experiences across Employee Center, Service Portal, workspaces, forms, catalogs, and mobile. Partner with stakeholders, product owners, architects, and support teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Troubleshoot complex platform, integration, data, and performance issues. Apply development standards, security controls, automated testing, code review, source control, and release-management practices. Develop reusable components and documentation.
