What You'll Do
  • Perform digital multi-point inspections with photos and video

  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, drivability, and vehicle system concerns

  • Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship

  • Properly document diagnostic results, repairs performed, and parts used

  • Communicate clearly with service advisors and shop leadership

  • Follow OEM repair procedures and manufacturer standards

  • Stay current with evolving vehicle technology and repair procedures

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area

  • Perform quality checks to help prevent comebacks and ensure repairs are completed correctly the first time

What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferred

  • ASE certifications strongly preferred and considered when determining technician level and compensation

  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate production environment

  • Ability to accurately document diagnosis and repairs

  • Comfortable using modern diagnostic equipment and digital inspection tools

  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

  • Willingness to continue learning and completing OEM training

Nissan or Mitsubishi experience is a plus, but technicians from other manufacturers and independent repair facilities are encouraged to apply.
