# Outside Plant (OSP) Construction Inspector
- Location: Chicago, IL & Surrounding Suburbs (Cook County)
- BPS is seeking an experienced Outside Plant (OSP) Construction Inspector to support fiber optic construction projects throughout Chicago, Cook County, and the surrounding suburbs. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced telecommunications professional who enjoys working in the field, ensuring quality workmanship, and helping expand high speed fiber infrastructure.

- Maintain vendor compliance with current state and federal safety guidelines as it applies.
- Ability to effectively operate an iPad and laptop to fulfill the requirements of the position.
- Ability to access and utilize web based applications as required by BPS for time reporting, expense reimbursement, and management of company benefits (if applicable).
- Ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Previous experience inspecting OSP (Outside Plant Construction) preferred.
- Three (3) or more years of related OSP inspection experience and/or training preferred; previous telecommunications experience is required.
