Overview
Direct Counsel is seeking a Toxic Tort Associate to join a respected law firm. This role offers hands-on experience in toxic tort, asbestos, and product liability litigation within a collaborative, flexible environment.


Responsibilities

  • Handle toxic tort and product liability cases
  • Draft discovery, motions, and pleadings
  • Take/defend depositions and attend hearings
  • Manage cases from start to resolution

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of litigation experience (toxic tort, asbestos, or product liability preferred)
  • California Bar admission required
  • Experience with discovery, motion practice, and depositions
  • Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to attend in-person court appearances as needed
