Dental Hygienist (Mon–Thu, ASAP Start) | Dubuque, IA

A reputable general practice in Dubuque, IA is seeking an experienced Dental Hygienist to cover an immediate, ongoing vacancy with the option to extend. The practice provides high-quality preventative care in an organized and patient-focused environment.

The clinical workflow is well-supported by an established team consisting of 1 Lead General Practitioner, 2 Dental Assistants, and 1 Hygienist.

The Role:
  • Location: Dubuque, IA 52002
  • Schedule: Monday through Thursday (Ongoing, full-time flexibility requested)
  • Hours: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM (7:45 AM morning huddle; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM patient hours with 12:10 PM – 12:50 PM lunch)
  • Patient Volume: 8–10 patients per day (95% adult, 5% pediatric/adolescent)
  • Clinical Scope: Traditional preventative hygiene care including prophy, FMX, and patient education (unassisted, no SRPs; daily production target $1,000–$1,300)
  • Tech Stack: Dentrix Ascend
  • Preferred Skills: Strong independence to hit the ground running unassisted from day one
