About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager, Packaging Design & Artwork. This role is designed for a high-level operator who thrives in fast-paced environments and can lead multiple packaging design projects, ensuring on-time delivery of final artwork.
As the operational lead for creative packaging initiatives, you will drive the creative workflow from creative concept through final artwork delivery, ensuring all cross-functional partners-from Marketing to Innovation to Packaging Engineering-are aligned and hitting specific creative milestones. You will play a critical role in providing support to two creative designers while trafficking concepts and artwork to keep projects moving forward efficiently.
Creative & Artwork Project Management
  • Manage and monitor the end-to-end project timelines for all creative packaging concepts & final artwork initiatives
  • Own creating the overall creative timeline, balancing project deadlines and resourcing; building an end-to-end project plan
  • Manage and integrate multiple project timelines into a single cohesive resourcing plan
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on creative deliverables and workstream dependencies
  • Run weekly packaging design check-ins to track deliverables, drive alignment, surface risks, and manage competing deadlines
  • Run daily design stand-ups with Packaging Design team, ensuring team knows daily priorities

Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration
  • Act as the central operational partner between creative, brand marketing, product development, packaging engineering, and operations teams
  • Partner with Campaign Ops lead to integrate packaging timelines into overall GTM timeline
  • Lead collaborative relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, ensuring they are kept appropriately informed of project activities and kept accountable for respective steps

Process & Workflow Excellence
  • Champion operational best practices using Asana and shared project tools
  • Support Creative Packaging Design team in the day to day resourcing of packaging and misc projects
  • Support planning consistency across the organization
  • Maintain overarching calendars, workback trackers, and meeting cadence documents with the Creative and Packaging teams to support calendars
  • Drive accountability through clear task ownership and deadline transparency

Issue & Risk Management
  • Identify timeline risks and blockers early; escalate issues with solutions in hand
  • Proactively monitor cross-functional dependencies and potential impact on delivery
  • Track shifting timelines and ensure impacts are clearly communicated
  • Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across Marketing leadership

Miscellaneous Creative Projects
  • Project Manage ad hoc creative projects when needed
About You:
  • 5-6 years of experience specifically within Creative Operations or Creative Project Management, with a focus on packaging
  • High proficiency in Asana is required
  • A strong problem solver who can drive "out-of-the-box" thinking and course-correct projects when roadblocks arise
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with multiple shifting priorities
  • Exceptional partnership-building skills; ability to interface effectively with stakeholders at all levels and functions
  • Excellent attention to detail with thorough, effective follow-through on all project milestones

Our Total Rewards:
The annual base pay for this position is $100,000 - $115,000 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, years of relevant experience, skill level, functional expertise, certificates or other professional licenses held and geographic location.
