What is an artwork project manager?

Artwork Project Managers are professionals responsible for coordinating and overseeing the creation, approval, and delivery of artwork for products, packaging, or marketing materials. They work closely with design teams, clients, printers, and regulatory departments to ensure that artwork meets both creative and compliance requirements. Their role involves managing timelines, budgets, and communication between stakeholders to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule. Artwork Project Managers are essential in industries such as consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, and advertising, where precise and timely artwork delivery is critical to product launches and campaigns.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an artwork project manager?

To thrive as an Artwork Project Manager, you need strong project management abilities, attention to detail, and a background in graphic design or visual arts, often supported by a relevant degree or equivalent experience. Job description

Company Description

About The Downsizers

The Downsizers is the leading senior relocation and estate liquidation company in the Triangle, providing a full-service, all-in-one solution: downsizing support, move management, estate liquidation, online estate auctions, and professional moving services. Our work is high-touch, detail-oriented, and often conducted under tight timelines, in private homes, apartments, and senior living communities throughout the Triangle region (Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary, Apex, Wake Forest, Morrisville, Holly Springs, Hillsborough, Fuquay-Varina, and surrounding areas).

This is a hybrid role for candidates who can move seamlessly between hands-on client-facing downsizing support and the physical demands of professional moving. You'll help clients sort, pack, and make decisions about their belongings - and then load, transport, and place those belongings with care. Most projects are shuttle-style, emphasizing organization and respect over speed.

Why Work With The Downsizers

Work with a company that values skill, experience, and professionalism over rushed, high-volume moving. Our projects are purpose-driven. Your work directly supports seniors and families during major life transitions. We offer a calmer, more respectful work environment and a team-oriented culture where experienced team members are trusted, respected, and appreciated.
