Job description

At UNRL, we're redefining what performance wear means. We create premium apparel that blurs the line between work, sport, and everyday life - built for those who demand more. Our team is driven by innovation, craftsmanship, and authenticity.

We're looking for people who share our belief that people matter, effort counts, success is found in sweating details, and culture drives excellence. Join us and help build a brand that empowers people to look good, feel confident, and perform their best - every day. Job Overview The Apparel Project Coordinator manages the production and delivery of UNRL's locally decorated apparel - overseeing every project from concept through final delivery.

Because the base product is already manufactured and held in our warehouse, this role focuses on moving decoration artwork through production with third-party decorators, ensuring accurate execution at every step. The coordinator reviews and approves strike-offs, monitors project timelines and budgets, and resolve any defects or quality issues in partnership with suppliers and manufacturers - keeping every custom apparel project on brand, on schedule, and to standard. This role is a full-time (40 hours per week) contract position for approximately 4-6 months.

Key Responsibilities Production Management & Quality Control Review and approve strike-offs to confirm print quality, color matching, logo alignment, and scale before full production. Monitor project progress from concept to final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Address defects or quality issues as they arise, partnering with suppliers and manufacturers to resolve them quickly.

Coordinate with the Supply Chain team on shipments and deliveries to keep projects on schedule. Cross-Functional Communication & Project Coordination Serve as the primary point of contact between Sales and Design, facilitating regular check-ins to review project updates, challenges, and next steps. Partner closely with Merchandising, Product Development, Sales, and Operations to support customer-specific collaborations.

Communicate clearly with external decorators, printers, and suppliers to ensure accurate execution of all artwork and specifications. Collaborate with Sales representatives to understand client needs, ensuring designs support sales goals and customer expectations. Track and manage project timelines on Monday.com, ensuring milestones are met and design deliverables stay aligned with sales campaigns and initiatives

Requirements 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in apparel or fashion; relevant internship experience considered. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop. Strong design fundamentals including typography, color theory, composition, and layout.

Keen attention to detail with the ability to follow direction, check for accuracy, and deliver production-ready files. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Benefits Employee Discount on UNRL product (Immediate Eligibility).
