About the Role
Utah Facial Surgical Arts is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Front Office Administrator to join our growing team in West Jordan. We are looking for a detail-oriented, patient-focused professional who brings a calm, confident presence to a fast-paced surgical environment. This individual plays a key role in creating a seamless and supportive patient experience—from check-in through scheduling, treatment coordination, and financial communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify and interpret dental and medical insurance benefits with accuracy and efficiency
  • Prepare and clearly explain surgical treatment estimates to patients
  • Navigate complex insurance plans, including coordination of benefits
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage provider calendars
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive patient experience
  • Maintain organized and accurate patient records
  • Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and team members
  • Support financial coordination and collections processes

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of dental front office experience (required)
  • Strong knowledge of dental insurance (required)
  • Experience in oral surgery is preferred, but not required
