Job Overview:
As a Screen Print Production Artist at Cool Air Creations, Inc., you will play a key role in transforming our customers’ ideas into reality. You will tackle design challenges, educate clients on the best methods to achieve their objectives, and prepare high-quality artwork for screen printing. Working closely with our friendly sales team and our hard-working print staff, your role is crucial in making our prints look world-class. 
 
Duties/Responsibilities:
·       Oversee projects from the initial concept to final production. This involves consulting with internal team members and management to define the project scope, creating and presenting layouts for customer approval, and preparing the final layout for production.
·       Propose and apply design changes, utilizing artistic techniques and a solid grasp of design principles to create visually appealing artwork.
·       Maintain workflow timelines to meet fulfillment deadlines.
 
Required Skills/Abilities:
·       Expert level in Adobe CC Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (Mac OS).
·       Color Separation for Screen Print
·       Understanding of spot color printing, making of separations, and screen printing. Pre-press experience a plus
·       Ability to think creatively to produce new and innovative concepts.
·       Produce accurate, high quality and consistent work.
·       Must be able to take art direction/critique.
·       Ability to follow procedures and direction.
·       Handle multiple projects while working under tight deadlines and changing priorities.
·       Communicate effectively through email and in person with team members, their departments, and outside vendors.
 
Education & Experience:
·       Bachelor’s degree in graphic design 
·       3+ years graphic design experience in the Screen Print Industry.
·       Pdf or link to online portfolio.
