About the Role

The Graphic Artist supports New Pioneerโ€™s brand and marketing efforts by creating clear, engaging, and consistent visual materials across stores, digital platforms, and community spaces. This role balances creative execution with collaboration, helping bring campaigns, programs, and everyday communications to life in ways that feel accessible, human, and aligned with our cooperative identity.


Youโ€™ll work closely with the Marketing Director, internal teams, and external partners to support day to day design needs while contributing to broader storytelling and brand consistency.


What You Will Do

  • Create signage, flyers, ads, social media graphics, and other visual materials that support marketing initiatives and in store communication
  • Maintain brand standards and visual consistency across print and digital platforms
  • Support weekly shopper communications, web content updates, and promotional layouts
  • Collaborate with store teams, vendors, and leadership to deliver timely and effective visual solutions
  • Visit stores periodically to place signage, gather feedback, and support in store execution
  • Assist with photography and visual asset development as needed
